Have Items You'd Like to Sell?

At the Syracuse Antiques Exchange, we handle all sale inquiries by email. With over 70 different dealers, our front end processes these inquiries, then forwards them to the most suitable buyer. It is helpful for our dealers if the prospective seller has a price in mind, so there's a fair starting point for the sale. We understand that pricing an item is often the hardest part; eBay or auction sites may not represent the local value of an item, so it's best to see these as a suggestion rather than a definite value. 

We process emails daily, so if you don't hear back from one of our dealers within 2-3 days, it's likely that our dealers aren't interested in the item(s) at this time. We recommend Facebook Marketplace, LetGO, and other sites in these cases as an alternate way to sell your antiques. 


If you're interested in selling anything, we ask that you include the following information:

  1. Your contact info

  2. A little information on the item. The type of piece your selling, and the quantity of pieces. It's alright if you don't have the full story.

  3. Your price, so our dealers know where to start.

  4. Pictures showing condition and any makers marks. For example, if a table has an insignia from a specific company, that is helpful information for our dealers.
